How Does Shipping Work for Oversized Items?
Oversized items are large products including most furniture, bathtubs, sofa,
bed, TV-cabinet, big table sinks etc that must ship by Freight Outside Home
Delivery Service due to size or weight.
Delivery of oversized items is limited to the first accessible dry area
outside the home. The truck driver is responsible for delivering the goods
to the agreed-upon location. Customers are required to provide their own
warehouse equipment for unloading, or arrange for additional assistance from
capable adults to transport the items into their homes.
Carrier will call you 24-48 hours prior to delivery to arrange a delivery time that will vary depending on the freight carrier’s schedule. Whatever information you can give during the phone call will be given to the driver to make the delivery easier for them and for you.

What Should I Do When I Received a Damaged Item?

Upon receipt, please kindly sign the word “damaged” on the proof of delivery (for freight shipping) and inspect your purchase and notify us of any missing parts, faults, damage or incorrect items immediately.

What If My Order Shows as Delivered But is Missing?
There are a few steps you can take, better within 24 hours after your item shows as delivered:

Can I Change My Shipping Address After Placing an Order?

Obvious Shipping Damage
If a shipment arrives at your door with obvious shipping damage, please immediately inspect the items and check their condition. With obvious damage on items themselves, please refuse the specific package, and clearly mark down the damage situation when signing any paperwork. If the carrier denies your refusal and insists on you accepting the shipment, please document the series of events (package damage, item damage, not being allowed to refuse, etc.) on all paperwork and take photographs. If you accept the goods without noting the circumstances, the carrier might refuse to address the damages caused during transit.

How Soon Will I Receive My Refund?
If we cancel your order, we will refund you within 3 working days.
If you apply for a return refund, when we receive your return, we will
refund you within 5 working days after receipt and inspection.
The refund will be made to the account that the funds were originally drawn
from, namely the money will be sent back in the same way it was received.
If you originally paid with credit card, please allow up to one billing

Why Should I Keep the Original Packaging?
Due to the nature of our products, whether it be large furniture or other smaller items, they are often in the heavy or delicate categories. Our packaging is specially made to cater to each individual item. They are rigorously tested to ensure they can withstand most kinds of incidences in transportation. Any self-packed items by the customer will have a high chance of being damaged on the way caused by flimsy materials or improper techniques. That’s why we don’t generally allow any returns without their complete original packaging. In a way, this also prevents lots of potentially wasted efforts and protects the customer’s interest.

I love this thing! Fits right over my sink, make sure you measure because my mother wanted one but it won’t fit her sink area. It holds a lot, even my heavy calphalon pans. There is a brace that runs across the back that sits up about eight inches off the counter, and can interfere with your faucet. The shelves are up-and-down adjustable by changing slot positions, and it comes with lots of little racks and clip on goodies to hold utensils and what not. In short, it’s flippin’ SWEET! GET IT! This is a lifesaver for me. a small kitchen and beautiful wood countertops that I don’t want covered with my dishes drawing. This has a lot of room and a lot of different add on options you can size it to fit the counter. It’s very sturdy and quite easy to assemble. It may look daunting it first but follow the directions you’ll guide right through it. I’m no spring chicken and I put it together pretty easily. I would definitely recommend.

The product is easy to assemble. I definitely like not having my counter space taken up with a conventional dish drainer. It seems sturdy, though there is a bit of side to side wobble. This could be easily taken care of with some diagonal bracing. The accessories are pretty much a joke. The silverware “basket” is grossly undersized. I knew this going into the purchase and bought two larger stainless steel baskets from another vendor, which I have hooked and zip tied to the front of the lower shelf. I perhaps should have bought three such baskets. As it was, the two added another $23 to the overall cost.And yes, this thing is overpriced. That being said, while there are other, similar items with two shelves, this one seemed like it was the most substantial and the slotted shelf uprights allow for some adjustment. So by comparison, I felt it was superior, despite the hefty price tag.It would cost less if they’d ditch the useless, gimmicky accessories. I don’t need a knife rack. I don’t need a rack for stemware and cups. Those hooks they include are just ridiculous. The cutting board holder is both a bad idea and with mine, the hooks were bent wrong so they didn’t have enough width to hang it where the picture shows it being, i.e. off one of the legs. The tray for soap could stay. I find it useful. Though it could be about half again as big.Also, if you use the hooks (and the cutting board holder), where they show them in the pictures is a bad idea. And I don’t know where else you’d put them. The thing is, it shows all the stuff hanging off of them as being right there down close to the sink, where all the action takes place. Too much potential for water to splash onto things. Doesn’t seem very sanitary. What if you are rinsing off a chicken or dirty produce fresh from the garden? Now you’ve got micro droplets of contaminated water flying hither and yon onto your hanging utensils, your cutting board, etc.So instead of wasting effort on hooks and other useless add-ons, make a bigger silverware basket, a bigger soap/scrubber tray, and add some diagonal bracing between the shelf uprights and the shelves.

This product is awesome. Easy to put together and feels super sturdy.My countertops look so much more free now and it’s great! I like that you can adjust your shelves and I’m using all of the attachments except for the knife holder (Cutco Santoku/Vegetable knives don’t fit in there). Due to my tight cabinet space I can’t have a lot of things hanging on the side, so I inverted the cup holder and am using it as a kind of rack (bottom left of the photo). It works.I actually purchased a different brand after buying this one, because the other brand was almost $40 cheaper than the price I purchased this one at. I assembled the cheaper one and swapped it out with this brand, but the fit wasn’t quite right. And even though those attachments worked with my knives, I still preferred this rack for its sturdiness and fit and immediately switched them back.This one’s a keeper, and I’ve been spamming my friends to get one like it. With this handy and well thought out innovation, I have reclaimed the whole corner counter in my kitchen. It holds large stock pots, frying pans, cutting board(s). The utensil accessory is entirely too small, but I took the one off my old dish drainer, and it hooked right on. I bought an additional basket at dollar general for my plugs, sponges, and drain catchers. It hard to imagine being so stoked over a dish drainer, but this thing is awesome and I am SO glad I bought it. Oh! And I can still see out of the window! If you are considering buying this, do it. You won’t look back.

I got it for $93.92, probably somebody didn’t like it, but it is really what I was looking for.Get perfect over my sink on the maximum extension 35.5 inches.Also my faucet high in 20 inches and fit perfectly fine even it saying on install instructions that could be maximum 17 inches because you can install the lower rack a bit higher…The only “problem” I had, was that I was not able to install the cup holder because of my kitchen cabinets… You can see on my attached picture that I installed it on the side of my other metal rack…I totally recommend it.

This is a sturdy rack that was fairly easy to put together. I really like that it freed up my sink and counter.I chose this one over the ones with individual baskets because it seemed much more sturdy.We did have a couple of assembly issues:- Suction cups didn’t stick well. Our counters are slightly textured. We had two adhesive base plates that came with suction cup phone holders to provide a smooth mounting surface in your car. (See picture 3.) We attached these to the counter under the back legs (only ones with suction cups). Now it is solidly stuck in place!- The bracket on the right side of both shelves was not out far enough/pinched in a little. My husband gently bent them out with a strong, wide putty knife, which bent the whole width of the bracket at one time. Once adjusted, the racks fit perfectly.As other reviewers have mentioned, the cup holder does not work well for many cups/glasses. I knew this up front, so I wasn’t disappointed with this. One can use it to hold other items. Get creative!Advice to new users: Hold onto objects as you place them in the rack or cup holder until you are sure they will not fall off the cup holder or fall through the rack due to spacing.Overall, I love this thing! It has lots of space and items dry quickly. It was expensive, but in my opinion it is worth it!
